Mussels --   P.E.I. mussels steamed caronara style with bacon, peas, and a splash of cream. Served with bruschetta.  $10

BBQ Oysters -- A trio of jumbo Elkhorn oysters grilled and topped with prosecco cream, chive beurre blanc and romano fonduta.   $9

 

Duck Liver Mousse -- Smooth and creamy duck liver mousse topped with a port gelee, served with a mostardo di cremona & mini toasts.   $10

 

Cobia -- Farm raised filets stuffed with a shrimp mousse and oven poached in a white wine cream. Served with a root vegetable basmati rice.  $26 

 

Mahi Mahi -- Medallions seasoned and grilled served atop a vegetable grain cake. Topped with frizzled spinach and chive beurre blanc.  $26
